We understand that every day without a functioning medical device or instrument can cause delays in diagnostics, disrupt operations, and lead to financial losses for some of our customers. That’s why we’ve developed smart solutions to ensure that diagnostic and treatment services continue seamlessly – even when endoscopes, ultrasound probes, or hospital instruments are damaged.

For endoscopes and ultrasound probes, we provide a free replacement loan device immediately upon receiving a repair request, allowing you to continue treating your patients without interruption. Our goal is always to offer you, our valued customer, the optimal solution and the fastest possible service.

Ordering a Repair

Service Request Form

When placing a service order, please provide the following information about the medical device or instrument requiring maintenance or repair:

  • Manufacturer and model designation
  • Serial number
  • Description of faults and any other desired repair actions
  • Name of the contact person authorizing the repair, along with their email address and phone number
  • Any internal billing or reference details related to the repair

After receiving this information, we’ll take care of everything else for you—quickly and efficiently!

Operating Model

We provide our customers with a complete service to ensure flexible endoscopy across Europe and beyond. Our goal is always to offer you, our customer, the optimal solution and the fastest possible service. Our operations are fast, efficient, compliant with the highest quality standards, and cost-effective. Our repair processes, independent of device manufacturers, are ISO-certified by the German Institute for Standardization under EN ISO 13485 and 9001, fully compliant with medical device regulations.

Upon receiving a repair request, we can provide a corresponding replacement endoscope or ultrasound probe free of charge for the duration of the repair—allowing you to continue treating your patients without interruption.

Quick Repair Assessment

Once we receive the service request form, we arrange transportation and pickup within the same business day. For the shipment, all you need to do is pack your product for delivery—we take care of everything else. You will receive a repair estimate within approximately 3–5 business days after our specialists have inspected your product in accordance with our inspection standards.

Service Report

After the maintenance or repair of the device, we always send the customer a service report detailing all the necessary and legally required information regarding the maintenance performed. The service report also includes all repairs, inspections, adjustments, and maintenance actions carried out during the process.
